Hotels under Construction – The upcoming Attractions in Dubai
Dubai has already got a huge number of hotels, resorts and restaurants in place. Most of these hotels are known for sheer class, comfort and convenience they offer to the visitors. In addition to the existing ones, Dubai has got quite a few hotels under construction (also, a large number of hotels and resorts are in pipeline for which locations are not confirmed as yet). Some planned milestones in hotel industry are all set to meet (or even bypass) the standards of already-built iconic hotels of hotel industry like Burj Al Arab and Bab Al Shams – Jumeirah. One such hotel is Four Seasons Hotel, situated in Dubai Festival City with completion somewhere in 2011. It will have 375 rooms, swimming pools, saunas, spas, gyms, shopping arcade and game rooms.
Another example of architectural symmetry, elegance and balance is Palazzo Versace that will be having 217 rooms with exclusive interior from the house of Versace. This legendary hotel is located in the heart of Culture Village precinct, on the edge of Dubai Creek. The guests will surely enjoy an elegant, sophisticated and unique resort experience.
Another amazing one is the world’s first under water hotel known as Hydropolis, situated 66 feet below the surface of the Persian Gulf off Jumeira Beach in Dubai. The hotel is divided into 3 segments, land area, where guests will be received, a connecting tunnel through which they will be transported to the main area of the hotel and then there will be 220 suites in the submarine complex.
Dubai is a very attractive hotel market, in which construction and hotel industry’s boom will not be direly effected by recession. This land will keep on attracting the tourists from all over the planet and interested international construction companies will keep on investing in this sector, especially after the recession is over.
