This sudden increase in visitors is due to 2 key events, one was Dubai’s 1st Tourism Development Projects and Investment Market (TDIM) exhibition, which was to be held from January 20-22, 2008. Major construction companies from all over the world were expected to reveal their projects worth over $190 billion.
